Nikita Frolov
Nikita I. Frolov is the head of cultural institutions, a federal expert and external consultant in the field of culture and creative industries, a concert musician and teacher. Co-founder of the International Association of Creative Industries (ICIA), corresponding member of the International Academy of Management, Chairman of the Expert Council of the publishing group Aktion Culture, member of the Commission for the Development of Creative Industries of the Council on Financial, Industrial and Investment Policy of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. He is certified according to the MPA (master of public administration) program, has various state awards.
As CEO, Nikita Frolov develops various cultural and educational institutions. Nikita Frolov also forms the cultural agenda, cultural identity and cultural brands of the territories.
Nikita Frolov is engaged as a federal expert and external consultant to design business projects in the field of creative economy, as well as to create, develop and reconstruct educational and cultural infrastructure facilities at the city and federal levels (public sector).
Nikita Frolov is also involved in the development of various educational programs, national cultural, educational and media projects. As a federal expert, he pays great attention to the revitalization of urban cultural space and businesses in the field of creative industries within the framework of various regional development programs.
In 2023, at the invitation of the Dubai Department of Culture and Arts and the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, Nikita Frolov joined an international group of independent consultants and experts supporting the implementation of cultural and creative industries strategies Abu Dhabi Culture and Creative Industries Strategy, Dubai Creative Economy Strategy. In 2024, as part of the group, he began working on the cultural agenda of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Nikita Frolov is the co-founder of the Rachmaninov International Competition for Young Pianists and the co-author of the Art School for all inclusive art education model (Grand Prix of the Forum of Local Cultural Projects in Sweden), which he integrates as an expert into the activities of various cultural and educational institutions within the international field.
As an artist of the Artistes de Versailles Group label, Nikita Frolov performs concert programs (saxophone) accompanied by the Nikita Frolov Orchestra, plays sets accompanied by DJ's, and also performs concerts in the framework of an instrumental duet with his sister, pianist Elizaveta Frolova (recipient of grants from the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin and the French Tarazzi Foundation, master's degree Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance).
In his spare time, Nikita Frolov is engaged in public, educational and pedagogical activities, developing his Saxophone Skills school, where representatives of the political and business establishment are developing their creative potential today. Nikita Frolov is the author of the fundamental course on playing the saxophone "Around the saxophone in 80 days".
